Each piece of work from the Motherhood Series was inspired during my pregnancy and my day-to-day of raising my baby. The physical change, emotional development, and love for this little human being did not come all at once–it came gradually, slowly making me aware that it was real. Learning to become a mother has been both the greatest challenge and the most beautiful adventure I have ever experienced. This has made me appreciate life, my mother and all mothers throughout the world.
